[ Other - Health ] Open Question : Why do I pick my scalp and how can I stop?
I do this thing where I run my hands through my hair slowly but at the
same time I scratch. And whenever I find a bit of dry skin or a bump I
pick it till the dry skin falls off. I do this so much and it causes me to
have dandruff. It's really embarrassing and I want to stop but I don't
know how.
